the Affiliate of the year from the following board of REALTORS:
Jefferson County Association of Realtors in 1995-1996, South
Metro Denver Realtors Association in 1997-1998 and 1999, North
Metro Denver Realtor Association in 2000-2001, and sat on
their board of directors in 2001, 2002 and 2003, Pikes Peak
Association Realtors in 2000, 2001and 2002 and Women's Council of
Realtors Affiliate of the year in 2001-2002, and Affiliate of the year
2005 - 2006 for the Loveland/Berthoud Realtors Association, plus our Vice President
of Sales was appointed to the Women's Council of Realtors has
the facilities director for 2006, and as a Company we were named to the Top
Woman Owned Business
Award list in 2004 and 2006 by Diversity Business for the state of Colorado.

Mr. Oldani,
our General Manager teaches HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical at Red
Rocks Community College. We also offer Realtors and Real
Estate Companies, a Common Sense Risk Reduction class covering Home
Warranties, Home Inspections, Appraisals, RESPA, and Errors and
Omissions Insurance.

Our President Mrs. Lane, was the
1997-1998 President of the Affiliate Council of the Jefferson County
Association of Realtors and the 1997-1998 Affiliate of the year. Terri served on the Realtor Rally
Committee from 1997-2008 and was a huge contributor for getting the
Realtor Rally what it is today. She was also appointed as a delegate to the Governor's Commission on
Small Businesses for 2000-2001. She also served on the education,
government affairs, convention, and grass roots committees for the
Colorado Association of Realtors, plus Jefferson County Association
of Realtors.

Our CEO, Mr. Lane,
was appointed, in November 2000 to serve on the Board
of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of Denver,
Colorado, till December 2006. Past delegate to the
Business Advisory Council of the National
Congressional Committee for the state of
Colorado, appointed in 2001. Past on site sales
manager for Groupe Development Company in Denver and
Aurora - Willow Ridge and Lakewood Estes. Personally
invested in 150 properties in the Denver Metro areas,
from 1988 to 1996. Past Real Estate Broker/Owner in Denver with over sixteen years of
experience, from 1980 to 1996.
