Whatever you want to call it Blue Ribbon Home Warranty IS A SERVICE BASED company. We have had our personal residence plus three rental properties covered and have never, ever been disappointed with their performance or that of any of their contractors. Their contractors also speak very highly of the staff at Blue Ribbon and how they handle services to be provided and payment to the contractors. When we first purchased our home and the rental properties, we were given home warranty coverage through a national company. We had nothing but problems, complaints and poor service and chose to go with Blue Ribbon. We couldn't have made a better choice! Go ahead and check out other companies but you'd be foolish to go with anyone else other than Blue Ribbon! ”
“Dear Blue Ribbon crew,
Well. yesterday was the last day for SCC and I was just tying up some loose ends here in the office. The crew to load the U Haul will be here Wednesday and Thursday I will pull our 30 ft. trailer behind it. That part I'm not looking forward to as I'm hardly a trucker and it's a 58 ft long load. Friday, however, we will wake up in Mancos, CO. That's the good part.
I just wanted to let you folks know that in my 41 years in the industry (25 as a contractor) that I have never found a better company to work for and I have worked for many companies both large and small. This says a lot about your crew and management. BRHW is one of the few things i will miss about working in this area. I wish all of you well. Feel free to call anytime and if you ever come down to Mesa Verde, I know where to get the best cup of coffee in the county and my house is 7 minutes from the park entrance.

“It's taken me a while to get this letter to you, but I could not forget how much I wanted to comment to you on the excellent customer service I received from Hilary. I am new to Colorado as a whole, but the move here from California enabled me to buy my first ever home. Having never been a stranger in a strange land when it came to get help for repairs, but Hilary not only walked me through the process, she even took the extra time to make sure everything was okay afterward. Moreover, as often happens, I did not hear from the repairman right away and so I naturally called Hilary again for my status. With every call, she remained calm, friendly, professional and helpful. While my own anxiety to effectuate repairs did not rise to the level of screaming my frustration at the person on the other end of the phone, I realize the potential for such incidents in here profession are always there, yet there was never a hint of exasperation in her voice when she addressed me and my concerns.
