This coverage can be add to our basic, gold or new construction plans or choose under custom plan.

Septic/Dry Refuse Tank: (for domestic use only). We will clear mainline stoppages that can be cleared through an existing access. If the stoppage is due to septic backup we will pump the septic tank once during the contract coverage term.
Excluded: Broken or collapsed sewer lines, stoppages or roots, that prevent the effective use of any sewer machine cable, cost of finding or gaining access to septic tanks, cost of sewer line hookups, disposal of waste, chemical treatment of the septic tank and/or sewer lines, tanks or leach lines, cesspool, any mechanical pump or systems, and excavation.
