“Blue Ribbon to the rescue, once again. Thank goodness. My kitchen drain started backing up yesterday. I called first thing this morning, and had a plumber here at 3p.m. Professional, pleasant, competent, my drain was cleared, worn out "trap replaced and dinner will be on the table tonight.

I cannot tell you how much I value my Blue Ribbon Home Warranty. Right now, with taking mandatory furlough days from work, having to call in a plumber wouldn't have been good. “My wife and I recently purchased a home in Heritage West. The selling agent had purchased a home warranty as part of the listing, and we have found Blue Ribbon to be exceptional in every sense. Within seven days of purchasing the home, the furnace went out and I couldn't get it re-lit. I called Blue Ribbon and they had a service tech out immediately. It turns out that the burner set was incorrect for the furnace model, creating a serious safety issue. Blue Ribbon contributed $1100 towards the purchase of a new furnace. I couldn't have been happier. Within three days of that occurrence, the Sub Zero refrigerator quit working. They ended up putting in a new compressor to the tune of $700. Then the Kitchen Aid dishwasher broke, and at the same time, the clothes washer quit draining. Again, Blue Ribbon came to the rescue. Most recently the Kitchen Aid in-wall microwave/convection oven had a problem. They had a tech out immediately, and the magnetron was replaced. All of these events happened within 5 months of purchasing the house, and Blue Ribbon never batted an eye, they just delivered everything they said they would and more!

I am normally a self-insurer, but our experience with Blue Ribbon has sold me on the value of their product. Thanks Blue Ribbon!”

“We were given Blue Ribbon as a wedding gift when we bought our home over 23 years ago. Next Month (May) will be 23 years married & with Blue Ribbon Home Warranty. It is so nice to have repairs done by a company that already screens & interviews the repair tech’s & I know I am getting a quality insured person that is coming to my home. I had a serious Gas Stove problem that would have blown up my house & the Tech disconnected my Stove for Safety & Blue Ribbon purchased us a NEW one. Another Tech had worked on the Stove that came with the House more than once & Mickey Moused the repairs & it was amazing we didn't have an explosion. There Techs' are honest, knowledgeable. I am also a Heart Patient & our Heat went out in the dead of a cold winter Night & they came out LATE one Night & worked & got it repaired & up & running & there were A lot service calls due to the storm & we were taken care of within hours. Also had my refrigerator go out & was leaking some gases day before Thanksgiving & Blue Ribbon replaced that with a house full of guests & ton of food that had to stay cold. This just a few emergencies they've handled over the years not to mention all the little things like when my dryer Element went out . the Hot Water heater the washer several times. It's REALLY nice to call ONE NUMBER & FILE a CLAIM & know Blue Ribbon knows who to call for me & have them contact me for scheduling my repairs and I will be Fairly Charged if any more times than Not I haven't had to pay any out of pocket. My Plan really protects the right type of coverage I need. I am so Glad there is a Company out there like this I guess it says it all that I am a Happy Customer 23 years now & counting. “I just wanted to comment on the outstanding service I received from Blue Ribbon today. I have had BRHW for about 5 years now and every time I have an issue they are always prompt to resolve it. Today was no different, I came home last night to a flooded garage, from an overflowing water heater. I called BRHW and the next morning they had someone out to take care of the problem. When it came to replacing the water heater the contractor called for approval and installed it immediately, and filled it up, and hauled the old one away. I now have hot water again with no out of pocket costs. thank you so much Blue Ribbon for all you do. I will never let my contract expire with service like this.”
